The problem you will not have as much power higher up. I drove my car for years with out them working. If they are stuck open the car will feel laggy untill you reach 3800 or so rpm. You should post some pics, it may help.
In short it will run and drive fine but it will not make as much power high, if they are stuck closed, low if they are stuck open. |

It's really not that bad. I'm currently driving with them open and it is pretty slow down low, but it's fine for around town. I guess I'd notice a difference if I were launching or something, but it's an N/A.... what's the point anyways?
