You fill it to the same level height as the stock. I know the plug on the back top seem like the fill hole/level, but actually the level hole is moved to the side(can't see it). I guess you could also use the hole on the back top to fill it...

Yeah, I been debating about the color scheme and I'm trying to keep things less flashy with colors. I'm trying to keep it conservative and little more classy. I hope all goes together at the end and not disappoint too many rotorheads
