Castrol GTX 10W-40 in the engine, but now that I have a better understanding on the matter I'll be switching to 5W-30 next oil change.
Pennzoil Syncromesh mixed with ATF in the tranny.
Haven't changed the diff fluid yet (I really need to do that one of these days).

I cannot recommend the ATF mixture in the tranny enough. It really breathes new life into old trannies. My second-gear synchro used to be basically unusable. Now, as long as I'm gentle with it, it works fine. It was a night-and-day improvement that'll get me by until I break it or swap in a TII unit.
