he should have taken the $12k you offered, that was more than reasonable of you considering the only thing it has going for it is that it is a CYM. if it were any other FD, given the above it would be worth in the $9k-10k range.

here is to hoping that whoever buys it takes him to small claims court and he loses $5k in damages.
