Going to try a few junk yards to see if can find a new 90 for the first turbo.
I've read if you unhook the charge relief valve so I can better narrow down the problem with the first turbo not boosting high enough. Is there any more to this?

Next, I have a few pictures of how the boost controller is hooked up and wondering if it "looks" correct? This was all hooked up before i bought the car and curious if any ideas.

Also on the upper intake manifold there are two nipples right next to each other on the turbo/exhaust side. One is going directly to the blow off valve/air bypass valve, and the other is not hooked up to anything. Where is that suppose to be hooked up to? Thank for any help!
