Finally... My N1 Hood has arrived from Japan

Thanks everyone!

Sending it off for paint in a couple of weeks. Plan to somehow mask the Amemiya label on the backside to preserve the "authenticity" of the hood. Do most who paint CF hoods paint all of the underside as well, or do some leave it raw CF?

you could have the paint shop do a sort of fade from carbon to paint around the writing, then clear coat it all.

Wow! congrats! lets just say that i'm super jealous and that i could never bring myself to get a knock off of that hood.

how much did it set you back?
