First off. No 13B came with twin dizzy. Period. Twin dizzy were available from 1968-1973 on 10A and 12A engine from R100-RX3. In 1974 mazda came out with the first 13B which a four port 13B single dizzy. The motor was available from 1974- 1978. It wasn't until 1983 that the 13B reappeared in the GSLSE RX7. As for your question about swapping to electronic ignition. Yes it possible many people have switched over. I am just curious to see a picture of your motor with a twin dizzy front cover on a 13B.
