I think he is just a young "preppy" british guy. I don't think he is really "Femy". Even his dad kinda looks preppy to me.

He seems to be just really into the fad's. I saw him in an interview on Top Gear and he said he drives a "pimp" somethingerother Benz G-wagon on 24's.
