What are the specifics on the Stage 4 that was mentioned above and what do they differ from on the stage 3.

The Stage 4 has a P trim turbine wheel and the factory turbine housing is machined to fit that P trim T4 turbine wheel. The Stage 4 is a full T4 turbocharger that is fitted to the stock turbine housing. The stage 3 is a clipped stock turbine wheel which hits restriction at around 350 RWHP depending on how far you clip it. P trim can give you 30-50 RWHP gains with the right set up!
