I just wrote this big long thing about our history together developing the carbs and then I accidently hit the backspace button & lost it.

Without a doubt, that will be the strongest selling point on this site...letting the guru's sell their wares w/o making them put on tu-tu's and dance with Russian bears for the amusement of the Administrators first.
