Here's what you should do in an attempt to remedy your hot start problems:

1) Check your compression. If you get low numbers, you'll need a rebuild sooner rather than later
2) Check and set your TPS to within Factory spec.
3) Finish the other 15,000-45,000 tune up procedures
If you still have trouble
4) Send your injectors out to be cleaned

(honestly you can do those in any order you want, but sending out your injectors makes it hard to do alot of the other stuff)
