I mentioned this to my son. We recently picked up a 87 TII so that he and I could build it for when he turns 16...he's 9 right now. I had Herblenny's RX2 at the shop and my son fell in love with that car. I will mention this to him and see if he would like to trade you.

The TII has a good straight body, clean interior (TII seats are near flawless), etc... The previous owner pulled several things and had plans to rebuild, but never did. Everything he removed is in a crate in the rear. It didn't come with an engine or trans, but I already had an 87 TII engine and trans at my shop, so it may can be worked as part of the deal.

Let me see if he is interested and I'll hit you up with a PM. Let me know what you think.

THAT'S AWESOME. my son loves my turbo II, but i don't think that i am going to pass it down to him. he is only 3 right now, but i will probably be looking at a project for him soon.
