I snapped some pictures. Turns out I have two Turbo wheels.
1 is in perfect condition (minus the old tire on it) the other has a little bit of curb rash on the edge but otherwise intact. I'll load the pictures shortly and edit this post with them. Curb Rash one:    Perfect One:   I'm thinking $75+shipping for the perfect one and $65+shipping for the curb rash one.
