S5 Vs. S4 Vs. JDM TII tranny

The 5th gear ratios are different.
Zenki FC3S turbo 5th gear = 0.862
Kouki FC3S turbo 5th gear = 0.819
BTW, the FD3S runs the same 5th gear ratio as the Kouki FC3S turbo.

I don't know what you're trying to do, but the FC versus FD trans are totally different beasts.
The dimensions are different, and they do not swap in terms of mounting.
