some of how the product categories are layed out is weird. I think its the sub dividing some items.
Case in point. If you click suspension and steering, you have three items and above that two sub divisions. Under one of the subdivisions is another item. Seems like there was no need to divide down for the one item where the other items (having equal amounts of dissimilarity) are not. If that makes sense
