Using S5 non-turbo harness as S5 TII harness

So seeing that you can use an S5 na harness as an s5 TII harness, is it possible to run an S4 TII motor on an S5 TII ecu/s5 na harness?

Yes, if your sing just the S4 TII block with all the S5 accessories.
