That's true. They did flow oil into the air horn above each float bowl on the old Nikkis. I believe I have a set of old style lines somewhere.

I went ahead and added a nipple to the marine vent casting in the Edelbrock. Unfortunately most of the oil will go to the front rotor because of the way the float bowls are in an Edelbrock It's not a big deal on a Camden because the intermediate ports join just inside the manifold.

If I want to get real anal I'll add a second nipple on the other side of the carb in the other float bowl (something like a 90° street fitting on top or a straight fitting on the side of the float bowl). This guarantees equal oil introduction on both sides of the carb like the old Nikkis.
