For a completely stock TII, I believe it is less than 8.6 psi. Fuel cut to rotor 2 occurs at that pressure. However, actual boost levels depend on several factors including ambient air density, the health of the intake piping, among others.

S4 model
- 2000-5000 rpm = 320 mm mercury (0.42 bar/6.2 psi) - rpm >5000 rpm = 280 mm mercury (0.36 bar/5.4 psi) Fuel cut = Boost > 400 mm Max turbine speed = 110,000 rpm

Is this in the FSM or some other documentation? I'm confident in its correctness because I've read it all over the place, but I don't think I've ever seen official specs.
