Here is a 13b-rew that we rebuilt 3 years ago, recently pulled from a customer car. He is going 20b. The engine has 11,500 miles + or - 80 miles.

Specs-

1994 engine block
Actual original rotating assembly (was not blown up when we rebuilt it)
Bridge port on the secondaries, Circuit port on the primaries
Fast spool turbo port on exhaust
OEM 2mm apex seals
Atkins Solid corner seals
New OEM bearings with correct clearancing
OEM water seals, and oil seals, and all rubber o-rings
New Oil pan from mazda when assembled
Comes with waterpump

Performance-

385 rwhp at 13psi with a T04E turbo with very safe tune. This same port style and build has produced 535rwhp with a GT35R. So its very capable to say the least. It always started quickly hot or cold (sign of great compression) And idle was rock solid.

Compression-
100psi front and rear
Using no battery charger, normal cranking speed, and shrader valve removed from standard compression checker.

Care and feeding-

Customer changed the oil every 1500 miles (everyone says this, but its actually true)
Always let it warm up before driving
Tuned by us (defined autoworks) from day 1
Never ran with less than 1/4 tank (no fuel starvation, or detonation)
Electromotive standalone controlled its whole life (most accurate timing you will get)
Always was pre-mixed 1 oz per gallon using amsoil 2 stroke.

Keep in mind we charge $2750 just for the rebuild and half bridge. So this is a steal.
