Go / No Go Gauge Size for Corner Seals

Does anyone have a Mazda factory go / nogo gauge for checking corner seal bores that they could measure for me? I'm in the process of checking some used rotors that came out of my 20b, and I'd like to make sure they're good to use.

As far as I could find, the FSM only lists the corner seal outer diameter. If I were to turn a gauge myself, should I turn one end to be 10.990mm (This is the minimum size for a corner seal, any smaller and the the bore would be too small), and the other to be 11.014mm + ? (This is the max size for a corner seal +.0??mm)?

NoDOHC will become famous soon enough
To check this, you look at the pertrusion spec. You insert the corner seal (rotated the first time so that you can get it back out easily) on top of a new corner seal spring and press it down until flush with the housing - then you remove the pressure and verify that it comes up to the spec.

I can measure the protrusion spec with my calipers. It's the bore diameter that I just wanted to double check. Neither source lists the specs of the bore gauge they are using.

It's this procedure:
http://www.turborx7.com/rereplacement.htm
Section 6.A

Or in the FSM, page C-55, procedure 5.
