Leather front seat disassembly - help

Hi guys, newbe member but had the rex for a whileand just upgraded the cloth seats to leather heated ones (heavier but winters coming!)

These have the plastic clamshell on the back with a leather panel which I managed to push in and need to refit by removing the plastic back to the seat.
I've searched this forum and about 6 others from around the world and I can't find any instructions or DIY help on how to take apart the top half of the seat (I found a few on taking the cloth version apart where you can just unzip and roll up the fabric but that doesn't help me). I think I have spent 12hours on the web and another 6 on the seats so far. I managed to pull off the silver plastic rotor, but after breaking one plastic joint at the bottom of the plastic shell

I really need some advice.

Can anyone help me with instructions on how to get that back plastic clamshell off? Pictures and/or workshop manual would be amazing. I'm pretty sure I can do it if I know where to tug/pull/push/unclip, I just don't want to break off any tabs or whatever is holding it on and after a reasonably thorough inspection and searching, I need some help.
