If I had a 20B, I'm sure I'd think about it, but then again, I like to think about a lot of things. :-)

Is there any more technical data on what the twinpower actually does? I've seen some references to it as a CDI device, but then I've also heard its some sort of hybrid (whatever that means).

I believe its CDI and multi spark.

whatever the thing does, it does wonders on rotaries. Its easy to install, small, and works.

I think it will work with 20b using 3 out of 4 inputs on 2 x twin power.. I guess I should look more into the wiring...
