Do you use the A/C often? I pulled mine out and reloacted the P/S pump where the compressor goes. My previous setup had the same issue, had to heat up and dint the pipe to make it fit.

It worked briefly last year but I'm hoping to get it working. I need to fix one of two issues or I'll basically never drive the car. A) keep A/c. B) make it not smell like exhaust when the windows are down.

Is it possible to make it not smell like exhaust with the windows down? LOL

I was going to attempt to keep my A/C I even pulled the dash out and made sure all the ducting was sealed but then I brought the bloody W2A cooler and decided I'd have to move the rad foward which ment moving the A/C parts so I said fuck it and binned it all. I figured I'm only going to drive it on weekends now (also why I decided to bridgeport) so I can put up with some discomfort haha

Only if you're willing to keep the main catalytic converter. Once that is removed, I doubt there is anything that can be done to eliminate the rotary exhaust stink As long as you drive fast enough, the stinky exhaust is only a problem for the guy behind you

It smells like it no matter how fast I go. My theory is the tail light seals so I made my own. I have yet to test them out (hard to test when the car is sitting in the garage lol).
