Performance-wise, I agree OEM would do just fine...especially with upgraded pads. But for the price of OEM, I'd like to upgrade at least for a set that are coated. I've seen OEM that are only about a year old that don't look much better than what I have. Mine aren't worn out. I don't think they've ever been turned either. They just look nasty behind the wheels. May sound shallow to some, but like I said, it bugs me.
