Wow, that is cool, man! Where do you live? I would be a bit worrried driving that thing and getting pulled. The bolt thing happens quite often with FC's, especially ones that havent had the front end taken apart in a while. My car is a 1991 S5 model, and had the same exact thing happen.

One other thing I will recommend NOT to do, is to mess with the wiring harnesses on the car. I tried to rewrap mine, and screwed up... Best thing to clean them would be to use NON CHLORINATED brake cleaner, which would get off the grime, and then dry itself out withought residue. The non chlorinated stuff is also better for paint and plastic than the normal stuff.
