Only dealers have such a part.
Finding a set from a junked chassis probably is easiest and cheapest. Check out the classifieds sections for people parting out whole cars. Else and "brake shop" can custom bend you a set. Parts are relatively cheap, and a tube bender is a cheap and simple tool. The flare tool is a bit more expensive, but any shop that does brakes all the time should not have a problem. -Ted
