You can buy pre-cut lines and bend them with your thumbs to match the rusty lines. It will probably not cost you more than $30.00 to replace all the rear lines.
I don't understand how the brake lines on RX7s can rust out, I have two with factory lines on them that are completely rust free (still coated with the polymer coating). My '90 has rusted brake lines so I know that they do rust, but I don't know how when they are protected inside the polymer coating.
